Applying for a School Place
Ashton Gate Primary School has a published admission number (PAN) of 120 pupils for entry into reception, and in every year group. This leads to a total of 840 pupils in the whole school (7 year groups).
Ashton Gate Primary School joined Cathedral Schools Trust on 1st September 2024. Cathedral Schools Trust is the admission authority. Admission arrangements will be determined on an annual basis in line with the statutory timescale set out in the School Admissions Code.

Determination of Admission Arrangements 2026/27
In line with the School Admissions Code, Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) has determined (agreed) the admission arrangements for the academic year 2026/27. These arrangements are for children who will be admitted to the school at the normal point of entry for September 2026.

In-Year Admissions
An In Year admission means admission to a current year group for a child who is already attending school but wishes to change schools due to relocation or a change in circumstances.
