Welcome to Term 4

We hope you have had a lovely break and are all refreshed and ready for a brand new term. We are looking forward to Term 4 as we have a lot of exciting things for the children to get involved in. This term our topic will be ‘Heroes’ and we will be introducing the children to everyday heroes, heroes of the past, heroes in different walks of life and 'superheroes'. We are looking forward to hearing all about your children’s heroes and will be taking part in activities to explore these.  We also have World Book Day on Thursday 6th March, Forest School (see newsletter below for a reminder of the details) and Science Week in the coming weeks. It's going to be a busy and fun term!

We will also have another Reception Family DIY day on the morning of Saturday 29th March. After the success of our gardening morning before Christmas (many of the flowers we planted before Christmas are still flowering and the bulbs are coming up!), this one will focus mainly on painting to improve the environment in the garden. We're really looking forward to it.
