Welcome to Term 6

We hope you had a lovely week and enjoyed the sunshine. We are looking forward to term 6 with your children. This term we will be exploring the theme, ‘Changing and Growing.’ We will be learning all about the life cycles of various animals and reading the book Tad together. We will also explore non-fiction books and websites about life cycles to do our own research. We will also be looking at how we change and grow ourselves in preparation for the transition to Year 1 – talking about ‘before me’, ‘me before’, ‘me now’ and ‘future me’. We will do lots to prepare the children for the move to year 1 in September – including circle times, stories, visits to and from their new teacher and playtimes in their new playground.
